We have found that it is common for several sources to contribute to a single observed leak. We do not stop when the 1st source is found, we continue until all contributing sources have been determined.

Infrared thermography is a great tool to see through walls… It really just measures temperature, but it can visualize the difference temperatures of objects and see the temperature transmitting from behind drywall, siding, etc.
Using these tools for over 20 years, Reed Consulting has the expertise to interpret what is seen on the FLIR display. This is often the first step to intelligent investigation.
Mold Testing, Cause Investigation, and Remediation Planning
