He has served as a manufacturer’s technical consultant for a variety of waterproofing products and systems, has authored several articles concerning moisture intrusion, and has been a keynote speaker for building inspection and architectural seminars.

David is a seasoned professional, having been involved in waterproofing systems design, investigation of building systems failure, and product research and development. He has worked with architects, builders, contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, homeowners associations, property managers, the military, and municipalities for design, construction, and remediation of waterproofing.
